For an artist\, what is more important and more difficult\, is describing their experience during the process of creating the artwork. How does one's creative workflow look and feel? This encompasses all aspects of an artist's life\, beliefs\, media\, techniques\, work style\, research\, discoveries\, fears\, encouragements\, publications\, exhibitions\, sales\, reviews\, successes\, failures\, and the list goes on. Understanding one's creative process is essential to artistic growth.\n\nSuppose you have just learned a new artistic technique\, or started a new project\, and you are stuck? How does one cope with artistic frustrations\, such as not having the time and energy to create?
