This week features Brock Evans who jumped from private practice to environmental law in the 60s--he cut his environmental teeth on the fight over the High Mountain Sheep Dam in 1967. And since that time\, he has worked for or on behalf of\, among others\, the Sierra Club\, the National Audubon Society\, Hells Canyon Preservation Council\, and\, most recently\, the Endangered Species Coalition.\n\n \n\nBrock has never shied from controversy\, and will talk give his perspective on the environmental movement\, environmental organizations\, and the various Washington Administrations over 50 years. His bottom line: "The American People... basically love their land."\n\n \n\nBrown Bags are free and open to the public\, sponsored in part by Bennett Insurance in Enterprise. Donations always welcome.
