SUMMARY:Chief Joseph Days Ranch Rodeo
DESCRIPTION:The Annual Countdown to Chief Joseph Days Rodeo will begin today.  At 2:30 pm a trail ride will begin at the rodeo arena and go to the Wallowa Lake moraine.  The ride will be followed by a social hour at 6 pm and dinner at 7pm at the Thunder Room.  A live auction will include a chance to buy your favorite rodeo team and a chance to win some money\, as well as many other items. \n\n\n\nThere is still time to join or form  a three-person teams to compete in the rodeo events.  Teams interested in signing up to compete\, or individuals who would like to join a team are asked to call Robin Lewis at 541-432-5943.\n\n\n\nThe countdown event is a fundraiser for CJD scholarships.  In addition to scholarships to graduating CJD royalty\, three scholarships are awarded each year to and Enterprise\, Wallowa and Joseph high school graduate.
