Mountain dulcimer players Thomasina Levy and Bob Breton will join local musicians Heidi Muller and Bob Webb for a toe-tapping\, family-friendly good time. All performers have been teaching at Dulcimer Week\, held at Wallowa Lake. The concert is a kick-off event for the Joseph Mountain Jubilee\, sponsored by the Wallowa Valley Music Alliance.
