This year's headliners are Dave Haas from Charleston\, WV\, Sue Carpenter from Quinlan\, TX\, Deborah Hamouris from Oakland\, CA\, and Bob Webb and Heidi Muller from Joseph\, OR.Concertgoers can expect a toe-tapping\, family-friendly good time\, with traditional\, contemporary and original music\, including singing and backup on guitar\, mandolin and other instruments.  The concert is a kick-off event for the Joseph Mountain Jubilee\, sponsored by the Wallowa Valley Music Alliance.
