Doug gave us 'etwey wise (The Return)\, the fine bronze Nez Perce woman in our front yard. Phil Cash Cash\, who recently curated the Sasquatch show at the High Desert Museum\, and just completed a print residency at Crow's Shadow\, and Jacy Sohappy\, who works at Crow's Shadow and the Nez Perce Wallowa Homeland\, and is a fine weaver and sewer of baskets and powwow wing dresses\, will also have work in the show. Hyde is working on a Nez Perce woman statue that will be going to Joseph\, Oregon and represents the return of the Nez Perce to the Wallawa Valley in northeastern Oregon.
