DESCRIPTION:Summer Arts Classic: A celebration of fine food\, chamber music\, art\, and literature\n\n at \n\n \n\nThree of Wallowa County's leading arts nonprofits join forces to present a one-of-a-kind evening celebrating fine food\, chamber music\, art and literature with the Summer Arts Classic\, held Friday\, August 14\, 2015. The Wallowa Valley Music Alliance\, Josephy Center for Arts and Culture and Fishtrap have put together this unique cultural celebration which begins at Stage One (117   E. Main\, Enterprise) with a special dinner catered by Backyard Gardens at 6PM (no-host bar open at 5:30). Then at 8PM patrons will cross the street to the Odd Fellows Hall (107 NE 1st St) for a chamber music concert\, literature readings and art displays.\n\n \n\nThe first musical section of the evening will be a piece by French baroque composer Joseph Bodin de Boismortier (1691-1755)\, Concerto in E minor for Flute\, Violin\, Oboe\, Bassoon & Basso Continuo. It will be performed by: Mark Eubanks (bassoon)\, Colleen Nelson (flute)\, Lauren Guthridge (oboe)\, Heather Tyreman (oboe)\, and Julie Ware Olsen (piano).  The second musical performance will feature Lisa Robertson (violin)\, Lucia Orr (viola)\, Ed Dixon (cello)\, James Cook (piano). They will play Brahms Piano Quartet No. 3 in C Minor\, Op. 60.
