DESCRIPTION:Our monthly songwriter showcase continues on this Saturday. This month features songwriters Carolyn Lochert\, Sloan Martin and Ryan Rebo.  Carolyn Lochert's jazzy vocals and bluesy groove express her songs that reach from fun-loving heights to the deepest of blue. Lochert will be accompanied by guitarist Darrell Brann.  From Portland\, Oregon\, Sloan Martin started out as a drummer and moved to guitar\, he was able to fuse his love for rhythm with the melodies drifting thru his head\, and also his love for literature and poetry. Seattle born/Montana raised musician Ryan Rebo has been writing and recording a wide variety of music for the last decade. Held every second Saturday\, October through May\, this monthly showcase of original music is an opportunity for songwriters to present their work to a supportive listening audience. Admission is $8 at the door or by season pass. Doors open at 6pm\, all ages welcome. Wallowa Valley Music Alliance receives support for Tunesmith Night and other programs from the Oregon Arts Commission.
