DESCRIPTION:**Due to the rising temperatures\, we have decided to move our walks indoors to the sports facility at the Jensen Fields for the rest of July. Thank you for understanding. \n\n\n\nWallowa Memorial Hospital is proud to launch a new program to encourage Wallowa County to GET OUT AND WALK! Every Wednesday from 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m.\, Dr. Emily Sheahan\, Medical Director of Population Health\, will host "Walk with a Doc." We will meet at the Sports Facility at the Jensen Fields at 12:30 pm\, and Dr. Sheahan will host a brief discussion around a health topic important to our community's well-being. After the discussion\, we will begin our walk indoors. This walk is appropriate for all fitness levels! During the walk\, Dr. Sheahan is available and ready to answer your general health and well-being questions. She will not be answering any personal health questions that would be better addressed in a clinical appointment to protect your privacy. There are 100s of benefits of walking regularly.
