SUMMARY:Wallow Co. Chamber After Hours Social Networking
DESCRIPTION:You are cordially invited to the presentation: New Future Business Support and Assistance for Wallowa County! \n\nGuest Speaker: Art Hill\, Executive Director of the Blue Mountain Community College and Small business Development Center\, Pendleton\, OR\n\n\n\nArt Hill and the SBDC team will soon hire a new business advisor for Wallowa County. The county will continue to enjoy free and confidential business coaching for entrepreneurs. The difference will be the new business advisor will be an employee of SBDC and will have access to the professional resources of all Oregon SBDC centers\, as well as 1000 centers across the nation.\n\n\n\nThe SBDC program is based on the Growth Wheel 360 Degree Business Perspective. In this model business tasks have been divided into four fundamental challenges: creating an attractive business concept\, establishing a sustainable organization\, building long term customer relations and to develop effective business operations.\n\n\n\nThe model provides the necessary tools that -- like the conventional business plan -- engage entrepreneurs in idea creation\, research\, review\, dialog\, decision making and action planning. This is achieved by focusing on short-term activities that can be carried out instantly.
