DESCRIPTION:The Wallowa County Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting\, including an Executive Session\, on September 9\, 2025\, at 9:00 am at the Thornton Conference Room at the Wallowa County Courthouse\, 101 S. River Street\, Enterprise Oregon 97828.   \n\n \n\nThe Executive Session is being held to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f) and to consult with counsel concerning the rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation that is likely to be filed pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(h).\n\n \n\nThe Board of Commissioners will come out of Executive Session to take final action in open session if necessary.\n\n \n\nRepresentatives of the news media and designated staff shall be allowed to attend the executive session.  All other members of the public are prohibited from attending.  Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to record the deliberations by any means\, or report on or otherwise disclose any of the deliberations or anything said about these subjects except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced.
