Eagles may be year-round residents\, wanderers from Oregon or neighboring states\, migrants from Alaska and Canada or reverse migrants from the southwest and Mexico.\n\n\n\nthe  nesting population of bald eagles has increased since the 1950's\, and the golden eagle nesting population has relatively stable since 2011.
