The weekend continue with lectures\, panel discussions\, and break-out sessions to help reveal what "The Meaning of Refuge" means to our environment\, our communities\, and to us as individuals.\n\n\n\nWinter Fishtrap takes on issues that are important to citizens of the West.  Held in Joseph\, Oregon over a winter weekend\, the 3 day conference gathers diverse voices to inspire a greater understanding on a timely theme.
