7th Annual Amy Hafer Race for Awareness

Grab your friends and sign up for the Amy Hafer Race for Awareness! This event  features 5k, 10k, & one mile runs, and a 5k and one mile walk. With awards, refreshments, and a celebration of health, the Amy Hafer Race for Awareness is a fun event for the whole family! The cost is $25 per person and includes a t-shirt ($15 if Race only).  Same day registration starts at 8:00 am at the Wallowa Memorial Hospital. The Amy Hafer Race for Awareness was launched in 2008, to honor Wallowa resident Amy Hafer, a young mother who lost her battle with cancer. The Race promotes health and early detection through regular check ups and important screenings such as mammography and colonoscopy.
