Adult Mental Health First Aid

You are more likely to encounter someone in an emotional or mental crisis than someone having a heart attack. Learn how to help a friend, family member, coworker, or neighbor in need. Get trained today in Mental Health First Aid. This free training includes a workbook and snacks. Class size is limited. This course is an 8-hour class. The first half of the course is 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM on 7.19.2023 and the second half of the course is 8:00 AM -12:30 PM on 7.20.2023.
