Art-y Party Club
Join two of our youngest Friends of Wallowa Public Library for a fully youth created and focused program!
Each month kids ages 8-18, can join in a craft of the month. This month's craft will be creating their own scratch art paper.
Kids under 10 years old need their adult to stay at the library with them.
