Book Reading and Signing with Kathy Hunter

Join us a we welcome local children's author, Kathy Hunter, as she reads from her new book, Grotski and the Magic Wheat. Farmer Grotski sees trouble coming when a flashy salesman convinces his neighbors to abandon traditional methods and crops. The salesman brags his seeds of "magic wheat" only need tossing out, need no tending and even harvest themselves. The outcome is a catastrophe with lasting effects.

Festivities start at 3:00 p.m.  Refreshments will be provided.
