Brown Bag Lunch

Brown Bag is a free event that feautre informal presentations and discussions on the first three Tuesday noons of each month.  This week features the Soroptimists in Wallowa County, the work they have done and still do with their thrift shop and the dimes and quarters they turn into scholarships and community assistance. .
