Brown Bag Lunch

Brown Bag is a free event that feature informal presentations and discussions on the first three Tuesday noons of each month.  This week features Toby Koehn from Joseph Charter School talking about a new aeronautics program in partnership with local flying club and the Treasure Valley CC.  We'll have news on the August 13, Wallowa County Fly-in Club and the new student program.
