Cancelled - Eagle Cap Excursion: Welcome Summer Dinner Train

Celebrate the recent summer solstice with a delicious dinner as you ride the train beside the Grande Ronde River. The canyon is especially beautiful in the evening, when wildlife ventures out of the shadows and the light is golden. Prepared by Chuckwagon Sisters Catering of Enterprise, the menu includes an appetizer, choice of beef, chicken or vegetarian entree’, potatoes, summer salad, bread, and berry dessert. One glass of wine, hard cider, or craft beer is available at no extra charge.
