Debi Warnock will be at the Joseph City Library on Tuesday, October 24th from 4-6 pm with a demonstration on Making Jerky at Home Safely. We will be highlighting the new Library of Things, that will allow people to check out totes that have food preservation items (dehydrator, Canning kit, Waterbath Canner, Pressure Canner, Apple Peeler, Food Processor and MORE!!!)
