Eagle Cap Excursion Grande Wallowa Ride

Passengers check in at the Elgin Depot and board a charter bus for a 15-minute scenic ride over the dramatic Minam Grade to Minam, (included in the ticket price), where they board the train for the ride through backcountry to Elgin. This trip follows the Wallowa River from Minam to Rondowa, then travels up the Grande Ronde River to Elgin. Enjoy beautiful scenery and watch for wildlife. Bus departs the Elgin depot at 3 p.m. / the train returns to Elgin by 6 p.m. Boxed meal included. The train ride travels about 26 miles. Adults = $75 / Seniors 60+ = $70 / Youth, 3 to 16 = $35 (kids under 3 ride for free!)
