Eagle Cap Excursion Train: Cinco de Mayo Ride

We are excited to present this a fun and scenic train ride to coincide with the Mexican holiday. Cinco De Mayo, a popular La Grande restaurant, is catering this ride, offering their excellent, authentic Mexican food. The menu includes chips and salsa appetizer; a choice from beef or chicken entrees or vegetarian; beans, rice, coleslaw and flan for dessert, plus beverages. Join us for this festive one-of-a-kind ride, when the scenery is at its spring peak! Departs at 11 a.m.. Reservations are required.
