Eagle Cap Excursion Train -Cowboy Country Dinner Ride

Enjoy an evening train ride, when the light is long and golden and wildlife ventures out of hiding. A delicious dinner is served (plated) as the train winds along beside the sparkling rivers. The menu includes locally produced items, prepared by Ten Depot Street Restaurant of La Grande. Park at the Elgin Depot and board a motor coach for the ride to Minam and ride the train back to Elgin.
