Eagle Cap Excursion Train: Fall Photo Run

Fall colors are the highlight of our autumn trips, and photographers especially love this time of year. Our Two Rivers run capitalizes on the beauty and quiet of fall. Some trips have special entertainment or guest experts.

A guest professional photographer conducts a short workshop in the dining car for those who want to learn to take memorable photos. Participants will have the first of two drive-bys to themselves to practice what they have learned. A second drive-by will allow all passengers off to photograph the train as iit crosses the bridge at Rondowa. The train ride is the same as our Two Rivers run, departing from Elgin Depot at 10 a.m. and returning at 2 p.m., with lunch included and served on the train.
