Eagle Cap Excursion Train/Summer Solstice Dinner Train

Celebrate the summer solstice with a delicious dinner as you ride the train beside the Grande Ronde River. The canyon is especially beautiful in the evening, when wildlife ventures out of the shadows and the light is golden. Prepared by Chuckwagon Sisters Catering of Joseph, the menu includes an appetizer, choice of wine braised beef or lemon herb chicken, potatoes, summer salad, bread, and berry dessert. One glass of wine, hard cider, or craft beer is available and included. Departs at 5 p.m. and returns at about 9 p.m.
