Eagle Cap Excursion Train Wallowa Grande Ride

Passengers board a bus at the Elgin Depot for a 15-minute scenic bus ride over the Minam Grade to Minam, (included in the ticket price), where they board the train for the ride through backcounrty to Elgin. This trip follows the Wallowa River from Minam to Rondowa, then travels up the Grande Ronde River to Elgin. Enjoy beautiful fall colors and watch for wildlife and waterfowl. Bus departs depot at 10 a.m. and the train returns to Elgin by 1 p.m. Boxed lunch included. Groups may use their private bus to drop off passengers at Minam at 10:15, then meet the train at the Elgin Depot at the end of the ride. Train ride is about 26 miles and 2.5 hours.
Adults = $70 / Seniors 60+ = $65 / Youth, 3 to 16 = $35 (kids under 3 ride for free!)
