Easter Buffet at the RimRock Inn

Easter is a great time to enjoy good food with family and friends. Our Easter dinner includes a wonderful selection of heirloom recipes, made from scratch and served buffet style.  The menu includes Honey Baked Ham w/honey mustard sauce, Pomegranate Glazed Leg of Lamb, Mormon Funeral Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus, fresh baked dnner rolls, orange Jell-O cottage cheese salad, bacon wrapped water chestnuts, deviled eggs, Carrot cakew/mascarpone cream cheese frosting, strawberry angel food cake trifle, rainbow sherbet punch, coffee or tea.
