Enrollment Education Night for Cover Oregon
Bennett Insurance, Northeast Oregon Network (NEON), Community Connection and Winding Waters is hosting an:
Enrollment Education Night for Cover Oregon. This is for those folks that might have questions about the program, and we will have staff there to help people complete applications.
Dinner and refreshments will be served courtesy of Bennett Insurance.
We will have a questions and answer session, as well as application assisters to help you complete your application that night and be ready to submit it.
Please bring your current pay stubs and 2012 tax information and any current health insurance information.
