Fishtrap Public Events

Tonite's Public event for Summer Fishtrap will feature Jamie Ford, Nona McConigley and Kim Stafford.
 
Jamie Ford—With a forthcoming novel entitled Love and Other Consolation Prizes, Ford is the award-winning author of Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet, a New York Times best-seller and the American Bookseller Association’s #1 Book Club Pick for Fall 2009/Winter 2010.
 
Nina McConigley—With work appearing in Orion, The New York Times, and Salon, Nina McConigley is the author of the story collection Cowboys and East Indians, which was the winner of the PEN Open Book Award and the High Plains Book Award.

Kim Stafford—Author of a dozen books of poetry and prose, Kim Stafford is the winner of the Oregon Governor’s Art Award and the Western States Book Award. He is also the founding director of Lewis and Clark College’s Northwest Writing Institute and the co-founder of Fishtrap.
