Fundamentals of Not for Profit for Board Management will be held by Dancin' Trees a local consulting firm.  The workshop is an overview of Board of Directors and their work and is targeted for not for profit organizations or anyone interested in serving on a Board.  The four R’s of Board work - Recruitment, Responsibilities, Retention and Reward - will be covered in an interactive and fun session.
