Go Wild with Langdon Cook

On Saturday, May 31st, Slow Food Wallowas invites you to “Go wild with Langdon Cook.” Cook leads a spring foray into the Wallowas on the hunt for edible mushrooms. Follow him to an undisclosed location, learn from his deep-seated knowledge of wild fungi—their habitat, identification, and natural history—and hear tales of the foraging life. He’ll also share some of his cooking secrets! Registration costs $15 for Slow Food members, $20 for nonmembers, and is limited to 16 participants.
