Josephy Center Screening of "Mirrors of Privilege: Making Whiteness Visible"

Gwen Trice of Maxville Heritage will be presenting the film “Mirrors of Privilege: Making Whiteness Visible” alongside Bennie Moses-Mesubed of EOU’s Multicultural Center.  This event will be shown in honor of Black History Month. The 50 minute film will precede a discussion about race and culture.

We’ll be using this groundbreaking film and conversation guide in our community to help bridge the gap between good intentions and meaningful change. Featuring stories from white men and women on overcoming issues of unconscious bias and entitlement, it is an powerful and unique tool in diversity work.
