Class Description:
Join fiber artist Christie Lower for a hands-on needle felting workshop where you’ll create the striking face of a barn owl. Step-by-step instruction will guide you through foundational techniques—perfect for beginners or those looking to refine their skills. You’ll shape and sculpt the owl’s face, add feather-like texture, and mount your piece inside a wooden bowl for a beautiful, rustic display.

This workshop offers a creative, relaxing environment where you’ll walk away with not only your own unique piece of art but also skills you can use for future projects.

Supplies Provided: All materials included in the class fee.

Class Size: 5–12 students

Instructor Bio:
Christie Lower is a fiber artist and teacher based in Eastern Oregon. She specializes in realistic, nature-inspired needle felting and is the founder of Rustic Fiber Academy, an online school with over 130 tutorials for felters of all skill levels. Christie has taught workshops locally and internationally, inspiring students to discover the joy of sculpting with wool—one poke at a time.
