Bart Budwig is one of Oregon’s best-kept secrets. From his isolated home in Enterprise, a sleepy town in the foothills of the majestic Wallowa Mountains, Bart has created a string of impressive albums that borrow liberally from the outlaw and cosmic American songwriters of the 1970s.
