Oregon Employer Council Fall Seminar

The seminar in Enterprise will cover: Documentation, Discipline & Discharge presented by Jeff Burgess, Bureau of Labor & Industries.  Jeff joined the Technical Assistance for Employers Program at BOLI where he teaches seminars in Oregon employment law to employers, supervisors, managers and human resources professionals.  This seminar will cover the most frequently litigated workplace disputes which arise out of disciplinary actions and employees terminations.  This session will provide you with the knowledge and tools to properly document employee performance, use positive and negative feedback to keep employees on track, deal swiftly and fairly with problem employees and handle a termination
