Pig-nic: A Hog Harvest Festival
Slow Food Wallowas (Oregon) is hosting Pig-nic featuring a hog butchery demonstration, piglet petting, whole pig tastings, drinks and live music at Barking Mad Farm. This is a community educational event and farming festival.
