Award-wining biographer, Al Habegger, who lives in the north end of Wallowa County has written a new book, Masked: The Life of Anna Leonowens, Schoolmistress at the Court of Siam.  It is the true story of the woman about whom the legend that became the musical, “The King and I” was based on.
