Moving for Better Balance and Fall Prevention; Targeting strength, balance and flexibility in movement What this class is: A Fall Prevention Program aimed at improving core stability, awareness and mindful control of body positioning in space, functional walking, movement and coordination, as well as better range of motion around ankles, hip joints and lower-extremity muscle strength. What this class isn't: It is not Cardio, Aerobics or a Weight Loss program.
