Brown Bag is a free event that feature informal presentations and discussions on Tuesdays at noon.  Join us today with our Brown Bag speaker will be Wallowa County manager for Community Connection of Northeast Oregon, Connie Guentert. With Food Bank, meals on wheels, heating assistance, etc etc, the staff at CC has been very busy in these Covid times!
