Wallowa-Able Balance Class
Registration for Wallowa Memorial Hospital's Wallowa-Able Balance class is open again! This interactive balance class was created for older adults to focus on safe cardio, strengthening, and coordination to help them feel more steadfast in our unsteady world. The class will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm in the Hearts for Health Conference Room.
