Watch for the Witch

Trick-or-Treaters are invited to the annual Watch for the Witch Halloween Event in downtown Joseph, from the Stubborn Mule to the Blythe Cricket.  Look for pictures of a witch that have been decorated by local students to identify participating businesses.  Thanks to the Joseph merchants for making this great event for the kids.  have fun, and take pictures please.
