West Travels East

Borrowing from the long history of using wax as a medium in painting the assembled artists apply their individual sensibilities to bring forth their muse. What is common between them is a dedication to the craft of encaustic painting. Landscape of the world we can see around us to landscape of interior worlds are combined in this exhibit. Portland artists include Jeff Gunn, Andrea Schwartz-Felt, Kirk Weller, Robert Procter and Trude Parkinson.
