Strings & Things: Music for Kids"
A program for children will be presented by the Wallowa Valley Music Alliance, focused on exploring various instruments and how they work. The one-hour program is free and will be presented by musicians Heidi Muller and Bob Webb. They will bring guitars, dulcimers, a mandolin and a cello for a fun time with kids of all ages! Children can take turns trying out the instruments, plus Heidi and Bob will bring one of their “five-siders” - a large, five-sided instrument with dulcimer fretboards around the edges, that everyone can play on together. The Wallowa Valley Music Alliance will offer a music program every third Saturday at the Josephy Center.
